CONSTRUCTION
RCD Status:
• Our understanding is the vessel complies with CE Boat Category A-ocean.
Hull, Deck and Superstructure Construction:
• Composite sandwich construction with and outer skin of Kevlar fabric and unidirectional glass impregnated with vinyl-epoxy resins, an inner skin of unidirectional glass impregnated with vinyl-epoxy resins and vacuum-bagged closed-cell PVC foam core.

• Local reinforcements to chainplate attachments, motor-king crankcase, lower rudder bushing and engine saildrive. All reinforcements and structures have a unidirectional carbon lamination on the upper face (plate).
• The deck hull assembly takes place on the upper flange along the edge of the hull. The assembly perimeter is solid (not sandwiched). The bonding of the joint between the hull flange and the edge of the deck is ensured by the use of epoxy mastics and Biaxial fabric impregnated with epoxy resin complete the connection internally.
• The bulkheads are resin-bonded to the hull and deck providing reinforcement and stiffening structures, as well as ensuring the necessary compartmentalization and buoyancy.
• The aft bulkhead of the chain cove and the aft bulkhead closing the internal arrangements are watertight compartmentalization bulkheads.
