The boat spent its life with a single original owner who was meticulous about care—stored in high-and-dry, used only about once or twice a month, thoroughly washed after every outing, and kept out of the elements for roughly 15 years. That careful history shows in the gelcoat, hardware, and overall condition. I am the second owner and have continued that same standard, investing heavily in professional service and upgrades between August and October 2025 to make this a truly turn-key package. The only reason for sale is an upcoming military move, so this is very much a “my loss, your gain” situation on a boat that is essentially single-owner quality. Mechanically, the boat has just had a full 400-hour service and comprehensive systems refresh. Recent work includes: engine oil change, gear oil, new impeller, steering system bleed, fuel line flush, new fuel filter, and fuel tank pressure test for peace of mind. The bilge system has been upgraded to a 1500 GPH pump with new hull housing, and the bow light has been replaced. The trim tab system has been refreshed with a new hydraulic pump and Bennett digital trim tab switch for smooth, responsive control. A new antenna has been installed for reliable communication and reception, and a new boat plug housing has been fitted. The trailer has also been properly serviced and updated with new trailer lights, serviced bearings, a new winch strap, and a replaced bow ladder for easier and safer launching and loading. On-board battery chargers are installed so the boat is always ready to go. All of this work has been done recently, properly, and documented, so the next owner steps into a well-sorted rig rather than an unknown project. Electronics and navigation are a major highlight. The boat is equipped with a Lowrance HDS-16 LIVE system with Active Imaging 3-in-1, professionally installed with all-new wiring and a transom-mounted 3-in-1 transducer. This setup delivers high-resolution CHIRP sonar, DownScan, and SideScan imaging for detailed views of bottom structure, bait, and fish—ideal for serious fishing, safe navigation, and confidently running new water. The large touchscreen display is easy to see and use at the helm, and the unit is mounted on a locking bracket for security. A dedicated black Pelican case is included for storing and protecting the display when not in use, underscoring how carefully this system and the boat have been treated. On deck and below, the Clearwater 2300 Walkaround offers a versatile layout for fishing, cruising, and overnights. The forward cabin is clean and comfortable, suitable for sleeping 2–4 depending on size/comfort preferences (ideal for a couple or small family), with space to get out of the sun, store gear, or relax on longer days. The walkaround design provides safe, easy access to the bow, and the cockpit offers plenty of room for fishing, lounging, or hosting friends. Included with the sale are two folding deck chairs that fit perfectly in the cockpit for added comfort at anchor or while cruising.
