Boats.com and Yachtworld.com have announced further expansion of their European operations with the appointment of Willem van Kruijsbergen as business development manager for Europe. Willem has considerable
experience in the online boating sector having previously managed a Belgium boat sales portal.
Willem will be responsible for expanding the new boat and brokerage clients for both boats.com and yachtworld.com in Europe. He will work closely with the new sales team, which is being created throughout Europe.
Managing Director of Boats.com Europe Ian Atkins has also announced the appointment of a sales representative for Holland. "The Dutch market has been of great interest to us for some time having such a large number of boat builders and boat owners. We are therefore delighted to have been able to secure Inne Nauta to represent us in Holland. Inne is well know throughout the brokerage community in Holland and is extremely enthusiastic about the boats.com offer to the Dutch market. We will be attending the HISWA show for the first time this year where our new European team will be out in strength to inform our customers about the great opportunities that are now available to them."
Boats.com and Yachtworld were originally the biggest boating web sites in the US and since expanding into Europe and beyond have continued to provide an exceptional service to become the most visited world wide boating sites on the internet.
