A few days ago, Tim Claxton gave us a sneak peek at the Quadrofoil, a boat he thinks we're going to love when it comes out next spring. Now here's the video of one in action, lifting up on its four foils to fly across the water.

The sound is overlaid with music, so we can't hear how quiet it is. But the electric outboard promises to be much less whiny than the usual PWC jet drive. Which will make it easier to sneak up on friends and enemies alike.

The first ones are due to ship March 2015. For more information, visit Quadrofoil.
