FOND DU LAC, Wis. — Mercury Racing outboard-powered S3000 SPM-76 Pegase Racing took first place overall at the 24 Hours of Rouen May 1-2 on the River Seine, approximately 90 miles west of Paris, France. On its way to victory, SPM-76 Pegase Racing completed 753 laps (1,684 miles).

The multinational team of FX.Lebleu, R.Avenel, G.Ladefoged and J.Castelli,
piloting their Mercury S3000 race outboard-powered Omega Competition,
completed 706 laps to finish third. Ghostbuster, a Mercury S3000 outboard-powered DAC hull piloted by J.Leysen, N.Bertels and P.Bertel, finished
fourth overall with 650 laps completed.

Star Boat, a Burgess hull powered by a Mercury SST 120/S2000 race outboard
placed fifth overall and won the SST 120/S2000 UIM Endurance World Championship. Mercury SST 120/S2000 powered Marine, a DAC hull piloted by J.Pecot, B.Rault, E.D'Astorg and B.Lacroix, took sixth.
