Earlier this fall, Axopar revealed its much-anticipated Axopar 29 Range, featuring the Cross Cabin, Sun Top, and Spyder models, promising a fresh approach to boating. To give you some background, Axopar, the trailblazing Finnish boat builder, set a new course for adventure boats in 2014 when it introduced the sleek and minimalist 28 model. And Axopar's boat appeal isn't necessarily confined to the Scandinavian waters; it has definitely been making waves on the shores of North America as well. Notable individuals like NBA superstar Klay Thompson have embraced the Axopar experience, often seen navigating their Axopar 37 Cross Cabin to the Chase Center in downtown San Francisco, home to the Golden State Warriors. Their boats have always been eye-catching, and their display at the recent Fort Lauderdale International Boat show was no different.

The new 29 Range boasts a spacious 9’ 8” beam and a shallow 2’ 8” draft, offering accommodations for four people in a V-berth and convertible sofa. Powering these boats will be robust 350- to 400-hp Mercury Verado outboard engines. Jan-Erik Viitala, a founding partner of Axopar Boats, expresses that this new line symbolizes a decade of adventurous spirit, customer feedback, and a relentless pursuit of groundbreaking products.
The new Axopar 29 range stands out with its finely crafted industrial design, offering not only aesthetics but also efficiency. It opens up more space, providing added comfort and versatility for accommodating up to four overnight guests. On the sociable front, the multifunctional fore deck is equipped with forward-facing seating, an L-shaped sofa that can easily convert into a u-shaped sofa or a sun bed, ideal for those long days on the water. Optional aft deck modules cater to those who enjoy onboard socializing, creating memorable moments.
Economic efficiency takes precedence, thanks to innovative hull design and improved hydrodynamics. These changes lead to better performance and extended range, not to mention the introduction of the powerful Mercury Verado V10 engines. Functional improvements on board simplify daily living and enhance the overall boating experience. Personalization options offer flexibility, allowing you to tailor your Axopar 29 to your liking. Adventure seekers will also appreciate the "Adventure Collection," which will be integrated into the first 100 Axopar 29s produced in 2024.
