Stand Up and Fish
Pro Stand-Up Seat offers anglers options
August 8, 2001
If you're a hardcore caster and you like to fish from sunup to sundown, you'll need a little rest during the day to restore your energy. Springfield Marine now offers anglers its new Pro Stand-Up Seat. When fitted with the optional Pro Tilt Bracket, the seat becomes a valuable accessory for serious fishermen.
The seat's all-plastic substrate contains no wood so the possibility of rot is virtually eliminated. To maintain its appearance, the seat's injected, V-shaped bottom completely covers all stitching and staples. The seat is finished in heavy-duty, marine-grade vinyl over foam padding for additional comfort and weather resistance.
To provide fishermen with a variety of seating positions, Springfield also offers a six-position Pro Tilt Bracket and Kingpin seat mount that attaches to the Pro-Stand-Up. With its spring-loaded locking mechanism, the bracket and mount allow the seat's tilt angle to be adjusted from a flat seating position to an extreme leaning position of 50 degrees.
The seat and bracket are fully adaptable to Springfield's line of Power-Lock, Taper-Lock and Kingpin Power Rise removable pedestals.
The Pro Stand-Up Seat is available in blue, black, grey, tan and white. It carries Springfield Marine's 3-year limited warranty and has a suggested retail price of $39.95. The Pro Tilt Bracket and Kingpin seat mount retail for $29.95 each.
