1976 Morgan Out Island Ketch Rig Project boat ready to be a comfortable live-aboard or cruiser. Very spacious on deck and below, with separate master and guest staterooms, large salon, onboard central air conditioning, and a walk-through cabin design. It served as a “floating guest-house” in Rockport, Texas for seven years and needs some attention to bring back her cruising spirit.
