DALE CLASSIC 45 DESIGN OVERVIEW  “Stylish, practical and beautifully built….” this is how one of our owners describes his treasured 45. A stunningly individual signature, the Classic 45 offers everything that the Nelson hull lineage stands for. Add to that the legendary DALE sea-keeping, DALE’s unique levels of craftsmanship accentuating her relaxed and timeless classic looks and combine all this to make this special boat a stand out wherever she is. Building upon the standards established by our renowned 38, the Arthur Mursell designed hull was developed to offer greater levels of performance and sea-keeping, the ‘achingly beautiful’ Classic 45 was born. Not only noted for her looks, her credentials as a serious sea going boat are unquestioned and she is able to withstand the rigours of offshore cruising in the roughest of seas. The beautifully appointed, handcrafted interior is further enhanced by range of exceptional features giving life on board a feeling of understated luxury. The spacious saloon can be flooded with natural light from an optional panoramic glass sunroof with the drop down bulkhead giving the instant conversion to a stunning open hardtop. The open plan arrangement in the cockpit and deck saloon offer alfresco dining and open air entertaining in perfect surroundings or close things up at the press of a button to create the most beautifully snug interior for dining and relaxing in cosy comfort on a chilly evening. The clean lines of the stern are uninterrupted by the powered transom door making boarding easy  and the wide teak laid side decks, excellent mooring facilities and smooth anchor recovery system all make it a simple task to moor up even if you are on your own. If guests are on board, the two beautifully appointed en-suite cabins are designed with four full sized adults in mind and are a masterclass in exquisite joinery and attention to detail whist attending to every practicality to enhance life on board. Equally at home on extended cruises and adventures or on inland waterways, the Classic 45 is an extraordinarily versatile vessel.

The hulls of the GT line have been carefully optimised through extensive CFD modelling to be fast, stable and easily driven in a wide range of sea states. Combined with a powerful and perfectly balanced sail plan, they deliver a huge amount of fun at all points of sail. In the true GT spirit, their race-derived features have been optimised for cruising to deliver precise control, impeccable handling characteristics and a smooth, comfortable ride. The striking flush silhouette of the GT6, styled by Studio F. A. Porsche, is a well-balanced combination of sharp, distinctive lines and soft, sculpted curves– it is guaranteed to stand out from the crowd. The exterior design combines minimalism with dynamics that bring sailors closer to nature. Some elements of the stunning cockpit design are inspired by the aerodynamics of iconic sports cars, while others such as the steering pedestals and ‘floating’ stern take their design cues from nature, inspired by seagull wings and stingray fins. The deck is completely clean, as all halyards are lead under it for ultimate convenience and clean design.

The cockpit is built for enjoyment at anchor as well as sailing pleasure. Ample seating for up to 10 people will make sure everyone has comfort on board. Optional modular cockpit table converts into two sunbeds and enables lounging and sunbathing in the cockpit as well. Beautifully designed steering pedestals can support 9-inch electronics and a myriad of other instruments one might wish for. The twin helm with composite steering wheels offers freedom of movement aboard. There are plenty of cockpit lockers as well, offering enough space for a life-raft, and any other equipment that needs to be on hand. Integrated into the deck are two transom boxes, which offer an extended seating area for the skipper and guests and can hold both a grill and a refrigerator. The yacht comes with a small bathing platform in standard specification, and that can be upgraded to a large platform for more space, safety, and a closed transom feel. No Impression yacht would be complete without the now-iconic transom seats, which are sure to be the first taken as the yacht sets sail. The deck can be enhanced with both synthetic and real teak, depending on the wishes of the owner. Large, flush hatches and portlights are built in the coach roof in many places, letting both light, and that soothing breeze in the interior. The yacht has a self-tacking jib in standard, but can also be upgraded to a genoa among other options. Owners can choose between three or four-cabin versions. The three-cabin version includes an en-suite with an island bed and a spacious head with a separate shower, and the four-cabin version adds a cabin with bunk beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. The interior is built with “rustic” oak veneer and marine-grade plywood, contrasted with modern gray-coloured storage cupboards. A solid oak wood finish is applied wherever the furniture is expected to go through most use, to increase its durability. The saloon can comfortably seat the crew around a centre table, flanked by two solid wood chairs that fold in a pre-determined space when sailing. It can also be easily converted into a double berth. The long side-galley features a three-ring stove with an oven and a front-opening refrigerator on the convenient L-shaped cabinet. The long layout offers plenty of surface space and cupboards for storage. The stove area is protected by easy-to-clean panels and is ventilated by a hatch above.

EAGLE 6 is our luxury performance sports RIB for the whole family, built with comfort, style and safety in mind.
