1985 Post 46 CONVERTIBLE 5/12/18 UPDATE - Boat launching on Thursday 5/17/18  I have owned Patricia Ann for 16 years.  I purchased her in Key Largo, FL and brought her home to Narragansett, RI where she has remained during my ownership.  Over the years, I have invested a little over $250,000 in upgrades, replacements to keep her blue water ready.   I am a hands-on licensed captain and keep meticulous records of maintenance and upgrades.  She has never been chartered.  She has been our summer home for the duration of our ownership. Here is a partial list of improvements:   Original ¾ stainless-steel marlin pulpit rail removed and replaced with custom 1 aluminum bow rail.   Added custom painted aluminum grab rail above the new windows for easy access from cockpit to bow. (visible in photo)   Original operable salon windows (port and starboard) removed and replaced with custom solid two-piece windows with dark coating for privacy.   Original horizontal salon headliner and exposed flood lighting removed and replaced with new headliner with low watt recessed lighting.   Replaced engine room fire suppression system for compliance to current code.   Installed Airseps on both DD 6-71s.   Original Letra/San sanitary system replaced with Sealand HTS 40 holding tank system with electronic controls and monitoring for USCG/RIDEM compliance.   Replaced teak cover boards with solid full-width custom teak.   Replaced heat/air conditioning units and controls with new dual zone Cruise Air Units and SMX II digital controls.   Replaced all bridge cables for engine and gear controls including emergency shutoffs and fire system activation.   Replaced original (wood /Plexiglas) bow deck hatches with Lewmar Ocean series hatches.   Replaced both forward and aft main fuel tanks with 5052 Aluminum tanks (350 gal Aft and 300 gal forward) barrier coated both tanks and installed chaff protection.   Replace all engine oil and fuel hoses, shutoffs and hardware.   Replaced fuel priming pumps for main engines with new OEM equipment.   New LED lights in cockpit    Installed rebuilt alternator on Westerbeke Genset.   Port engine rebuilt in May 2017.   Starboard engine one injector replaced (#6) June 2017.   Galley refrigerator, trash compactor, garbage disposal, and electric cooktop all replaced in last 4 years.
