The Gulf Crosser 44 is an incredibly versatile boat that is equally suited for cruising or serious tournament fishing. One of the most unique features of the 44 is the climate-controlled helm and passenger seating area. It’s a great place to escape the elements as you move from one destination to another and is ideal for hot or cold weather environments. Key design features of the Gulf Crosser 44 include: An air-conditioned and heated pilothouse with solid glass windows and doors on both sides so that every passenger can enter and exit either side. A lower cabin including a large bed and a restroom with an enclosed shower and a day galley. The lower cabin can be reached directly from the upper salon so that passengers don’t have to venture outside to access it. Wide passageways and high side walls for safe and easy access to the front of the boat. Bow seating plus a comfortable sunpad positioned so that it doesn’t obstruct the captain’s view even when occupied. Two side dive doors. Triple or quadruple outboard motors. Optional tower with center ladder for easier access. Redundant systems for added safety. A long bench in the air-conditioned upper salon that converts to a single bed in order to essentially use that area as a second stateroom. Two livewells integrated into the transom bulkhead. 5 large insulated fish boxes / storage compartments in the deck of the boat. Flexible design that allows us to customize the boat to a wide range of customer requests.
The new Krogen 60 Open continues to build on the success of the 50 Open and will feature the same open living concept first shown on the 50, which seamlessly joins the salon and galley area with the pilothouse. As a result of the volume and use of space of the 60 Open, a day head can be easily added in the pilothouse to enhance livability while on passage or on the hook. Belowdecks, the en suite master is placed amidships and features a king-size berth to take full advantage of the 60 Open’s 19-foot, 6-inch beam. Additional highlights include twin John Deere 200-hp 4045 diesels, transoceanic range yet an island-friendly draft of less than 6 feet, and several interior layout options including a three-stateroom, three-head layout with a convertible office area. Provisions for crew accommodations are also offered abaft the engine room. A walk-in, stand-up engine room houses twin John Deer diesels and the industry’s finest systems and equipment. When experienced cruisers explore a Kadey-Krogen engine room, it’s often what they don’t see that makes as significant of an impression as what they do see. For one, we do not overload our designs with untried and unreliable equipment. To us, reliability and safety far outweigh experimenting with some new unproven piece of technology. Then everything is laid out for accessibility and ease of maintenance. The Krogen 60 Open benefits from the same attention to weight distribution and utilization on reducing weight while maximizing strength. Hull construction includes use of American-made, Cook gelcoat. Hand-laid Knytex fiberglass construction with Corecell closed-cell PVC sandwich core is utilized in the topsides. Below the waterline you’ll find solid fiberglass with blister-resistant vinylester resin utilized on the first two laminates, with aramid fiber/FRP reinforcements. 1,800 gal. fuel capacity (twin engines) 2 x 200-bhp John Deere diesel Kevlar reinforced collision bulkhead Hinged radar arch 4,000-watt inverter Wing-stations with engine and thruster controls

The Gulf Crosser 52 is arguably one of the most recognizable boats on the market and has created an entirely new category by combining the benefits of a traditional center console boat with the protection of an enclosed boat. It's a serious fishing machine but with a level of comfort that makes the boat ideal for many other uses, too. The most distinguishing feature of the 52 is the air-conditioned upper salon with a solid glass enclosure surrounding the helm and passenger seating area. This climate-controlled haven offers panoramic views and allows you to operate the boat in any type of weather conditions that you might encounter during your outings on the water. Gone are the days of hesitating to enjoy a lunch or dinner cruise aboard your center console boat out of fear that it might storm on your way home. We have always found that passengers prefer to spend the majority of their time on the main deck, especially while underway, so a key element of the 52's design was to place as much of the overall square footage as possible on that deck level. The massive cockpit, huge sunpad, and forward seating area offer ample open-air space when the weather is nice while the climate-controlled upper salon provides a welcome retreat when you want to escape the elements. The cockpit includes a refrigerator, freezer, grill, sink, and ice maker which, combined with the included diesel generator, enables the boat to be completely self-sufficient so that you can easily spend a few nights aboard at a remote island. The salon and helm area features a large seating area with a table where passengers can sit and enjoy the scenery without impeding the captain’s ability to use either of the two side doors to move about the boat freely. While the glass enclosure provides outstanding protection from heat, cold or rain, customers tell us that the thing they appreciate the most is the fact that there is no wind fatigue even after running at high speed for long periods of time. The lower cabin of the 52 can be reached from the upper salon without ever having to venture outside so that you can remain protected from the elements for hours at a time if desired. Once below, you will find a comfortable seating area that converts to either a king size bed or two single beds, along with a restroom and a shower. There is also a partial galley with a microwave, coffee bar, and refrigerator to complement the larger outdoor galley up in the cockpit. It’s the perfect place to make a quick sandwich or grab a cold drink when you don’t want to head outside. Rather than including a small second stateroom in the lower cabin, the 52 takes advantage of the air-conditioned upper salon to provide a spacious additional sleeping area. The large table in that upper salon quickly and easily lowers to convert the seating area to a queen size bed. Our electronic switchable glass option provides privacy for the space with the touch of a button and also allows you to turn the entire back window into a massive movie screen. In addition to the focus on comfort, the 52 continues our longstanding obsession with safety. The boat is built using our foam-filled construction techniques and was designed with high gunnel walls, wide passageways, and a single level deck from bow to stern to allow safe and easy access to all areas of the boat. We use three-piece construction as opposed to the less expensive two-piece construction method used by many of our competitors because the toe kick space provided by a three-piece boat is far superior for anglers and passengers alike since it doesn't direct your weight outward when leaning against the side walls of the boat. The helm was designed so that the captain can easily see over the bow even when the sunpad is occupied which is fairly unique compared to almost any other center console boat with a sunpad integrated into the front of the console. The base cushions of our sunpads are placed much lower than those of most of our competitors because we want to eliminate the possibility of passengers falling from a high spot if you happen to encounter an unexpected wave. We have also incorporated many redundant systems as an added measure of protection. And, our industry pioneering “Navigator Station” puts a third Garmin screen across the aisle from the helm so that another person can watch the FLIR or radar feed, enter a waypoint, or change the radio station without ever distracting the captain. The Gulf Crosser 52 was designed for standalone use and also to be the ultimate multipurpose yacht tender because you can fish and dive from the boat in the morning and then ferry guests to shore later that evening while keeping them sheltered from the weather. After the yacht tender operations are done for the day, the boat can then be used to provide accommodations for extra crew.
The Gulf Crosser 70 is the new flagship of our fleet and will be the largest and most luxurious yacht we’ve ever built. The full walkaround design combines the comforts of a convertible sportfishing yacht with the benefits of a center console boat in order to provide an unmatchable fishing and cruising experience. The 70 incorporates all of the popular features of our acclaimed 52 foot model and introduces even more amenities including a three stateroom layout. The result is an extremely unique yacht that can be used for a wide variety of activities while allowing passengers to enjoy numerous indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the vessel.
