A 21-foot, state-of-the-art, pleasure craft designed and produced by the Savannah College of Art and Design's product/industrial design department will be displayed outside the show. Winner of the 2001 Award for Composite Excellence, the boat a full-scale, working prototype.

Boat Building Workshop
In the Crystal Palace Lobby, Adirondack Guide Boats, a Vermont-based manufacturer, will demonstrate step-by-step how their wooden boats are hand-crafted.
