From sleek kayaks to luxurious superyachts, and all the latest marine innovations in between, the 2024 Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show (MIBS) promises to be a nautical extravaganza like no other. For those currently sidelined by snow, this event takes offers a sun-soaked reprieve amongst a beautiful sanctuary of boats and superyachts in tropical Miami. Scheduled from February 14th to 18th, the Miami International Boat Show will take place across six exciting locations throughout the city. Here’s the lowdown on what to expect, as well as some of our top boats to look out for during the show.

Miami International Boat Show Details


Kickstarting with a preview day on Wednesday, open to both media and the public, attendees can gain early access with a Prime Time Preview ticket, priced at an additional $21 alongside single-day ($43 per adult, $16.50 per child) or two-day passes ($75). For an exclusive experience, the Superyacht Miami adventure requires a separate ticket, priced at $135 per day. Operating hours for the boat show are as follows: Wednesday-Thursday, 10AM-6PM; Friday-Saturday, 10AM-7PM; and Sunday, 10AM-5PM.

Spread across multiple locations, the show's on-land festivities will be centered at the Miami Beach Convention Center and Pride Park, while the aquatic action unfolds at Sea Isle Marina, One Herald Plaza, Museum Park Marina, and the luxurious IGY Yacht Haven Grande at Island Gardens.The show organizers, the National Marine Manufacturers Association and producer Informa Markets, have you covered with an extensive shuttle bus and water taxi system shuttling between venues. Plus, enjoy the convenience of a complimentary golf cart shuttle service at Maurice Gibb Park and Herald Plaza.

Tiara Yachts EX 54


Tiara Yachts introduces the EX 54, a versatile addition to their lineup. With a length of 54 feet 3 inches and a beam of 15 feet 11 inches, it inherits popular features from the EX 60 flagship, including a customizable aft cockpit and twin terraces. Inside, enjoy flexible salon seating and a new glass patio module for clear stern views. Below deck, three private sleeping accommodations for six adults await, alongside two heads. Powered by twin 950-hp Volvo Penta IPS2 engines with Joystick Plus Control, and equipped with Garmin electronics and a 360-degree surround view camera, the EX 54 promises a luxurious boating experience.

Scout 357 LXF


Scout Boats introduces the 357 LXF S-Class, the latest addition to its luxury center console line. This epoxy-infused vessel, measuring 35 feet 3 inches LOA and 10 feet 9 inches beam, joins Scout's prestigious S-Class. Standard features include a swim platform with Esthec decking, a 60-gallon fish box, and a freshwater system with a 25-gallon tank. The helm boasts three captain's chairs with heated seats under a protective hardtop. Notable amenities include an anchor camera and remote-controlled lights. Prepare to be amazed by Wajer Yachts' newest gem, the Wajer 44! This versatile day boat doubles as a cozy overnighter, bridging the gap between Wajer's 38-foot and 55-foot models. With a length of 43 feet and a beam of 12 feet 1 inch, it offers a spacious cockpit with abundant seating and a sunpad over twin Volvo Penta IPS 500 engines. Cruising at 30 mph and reaching a top speed of 51 mph, with a range of 300 nautical miles, it ensures thrilling adventures on the water. Inside, find a cozy cabin with a convertible sitting area, a well-appointed head with a shower and toilet, and a fully equipped galley with all the essentials.

Whaler 210 Vantage


Boston Whaler introduces the versatile 210 Vantage (21 feet 3 inches LOA, 8 feet 6 inches beam), catering to both families and anglers. Its dual console cockpit features a wraparound windshield, ensuring passenger comfort even at the boat's impressive top speed of 41.8 mph, powered by a 200-hp Mercury Marine V6 outboard. With ample seating in the bow, cockpit, and stern, the 210 Vantage accommodates up to nine passengers comfortably. Passenger convenience is further enhanced by a small head in the port console and accessible stowage through the open bow. For fishing enthusiasts, (aka our own Lenny Rudow) Boston Whaler offers an optional fishing package, including an 18-gallon livewell aft, raw-water washdown, and additional rod holders. Choose from either a 9-inch or 12-inch Simrad NSX display for electronics options.

Solaris 52 Open


Solaris Power is set to make waves at the Miami International Boat Show with the U.S. debut of three models. Leading the charge is their flagship 52 Open, poised to capture the hearts of Americans as it has with Europeans. Propelled by twin diesel Volvo Penta D8 IPS 800 engines, this vessel boasts a cruising speed of 31 mph and a top speed of 41 mph. Solaris offers three deck layout options, allowing for flexible seating configurations amidships, with the option to add an outdoor grill. Below deck, accommodations include two cabins (with an optional third) and two private heads, offering ample space for up to 12 guests to sleep comfortably.

Beneteau Antares 12


Beneteau, the renowned French boat builder, is unveiling its latest flagship, the Antares 12. This impressive vessel features triple Mercury 300 Verados and an integrated joystick, reaching a top speed of 45 mph. With a sleek hardtop seamlessly integrated into its profile, the Antares 12 offers a spacious flybridge with an outdoor galley. Inside, it boasts roomy cabins for the owner and VIP guests, along with a modular third cabin and convertible salon for up to eight overnight guests. Additionally, Beneteau will showcase the Oceanis Yacht 60 and the Oceanis 37.1, both exemplifying luxury and performance.

Formula Boats 457 CC


Formula Boats is unveiling its latest center console, the 457 Sport, at the Miami show. This new addition to the lineup, measuring 45 feet 7 inches in length overall with a beam of 13 feet 9 inches, comes in Sport and Fish versions. It boasts enhanced cockpit space, a second row of seating, and a reinforced hardtop for an optional upper station. Below deck, enjoy 6 feet 6 inches of headroom, a full galley, convertible lounge seating, and a separate stand-up shower. Powered exclusively by triple Mercury Marine 600 Verado outboards, the 457 Center Console offers thrilling performance on the water.

Princess Yachts F65


Making its Miami Boat Show premiere, the Princess F65 (67′ 7″ LOA, 16′ 9″ beam, above) has four cabins to accommodate up to eight people. The main deck is segmented into an aft galley with dinette, salon with a U-shaped sofa, and seating opposite the helm. The flybridge includes seating, wet bar with barbecue, icebox and sink, and an aft sunbed. Princess Yachts is also showcasing the Y72 Motor Yacht (74′ 9″ LOA, 17′ 11″ beam) with a new salon design with a bar area and open plan galley. Also joining the party is the Y85 Motor Yacht (86′ LOA, 20′ 8″ beam) featuring the new Infinity Cockpit layout. An expansive single-level main deck provides space for entertaining with a flexible galley.

ILIAD 53F


ILIAD Catamarans presents the "flybridge" version of their 53-foot yacht, debuting in Miami. The ILIAD 53F (53 feet 7 inches LOA, 25 feet beam) features a spacious master suite, a fully-equipped galley, and dining space for six to eight guests.
