1982 Ed Monk Jr Design Tri-cabin Trawler lovingly owned M/V Toko for the last 6 years. Owned by a west coast captain and mechanic. Nearly every system has been upgraded with the best materials in my time of ownership (main engine, electrical, navigation, steering, galley, plumbing…) more details below. She is a regular cruiser, set up to spend weeks at a time out at the islands. She is turn-key, comfortable, reliable and unique with several custom pieces including a nautical themed main salon table, teak name boards, a custom teak instrument panel on the flybridge and many other thoughtful touches! A member of the Taiwanese Trawler family, she stands out with the most attractive lines, long grain teak sole, higher freeboard, large separate head/shower, port and starboard salon doors and so much more! Built at the Miracle Marine Co. Yard, she was finished with finer materials–all solid teak, no veneers! 

She is truly the best cruising trawler under 40 ft! She comes with a plethora of media records, cruising history and how-to videos on youtube and instagram (@crown_city_trawlers) and if you take ownership the seller will always be available to answer questions or come by to help you! She has been featured by Passagemaker Magazine, Prop Talk Magazine and has over 3 million views on Tiny Home Tours Youtube channel! Solid fiberglass hull LOA: 39’ Beam: 13’ Draft: 3’ Power: Ford Lehman 120 (2600hrs) Bow thruster Ground tackle: Rocna 20kg (45lb) 200’ 5/16 chain and 300’ 8 plait anchor rode on a Maxwell windlass with helm and bow controls Last haulout: Thru hulls, bottom paint and boot stripe 2023. Prop was pulled and laser balanced in 2023. 

Galley: 3 burner propane stove top, new stainless steel refrigerator/freezer (big!), dual basin sink and new faucet, combo oven/air fryer 

Nav Electronics: Simrad Autopilot, dual Go Touch displays, 3G radar, airmar sounder/fish finder, compass, NAC 2 computer and NMEA cabling Electrical: 770w battery bank with Victron smart shunt and inverter/charger. High output alternator. Download the Victron app to monitor the whole system on your phone. All cabin lights converted to LED. Solar: 170w with Victron solar controller 

Davits: Transom mounted St. Croix rotating davits 

Generator: None Steering: hydraulic Black water: New 35 gal tank. Deluxe flush toilet and all plumbing replaced in 2024 Fresh water: 150 gal in 2 stainless tanks Transom/swim step shower. 

Fuel: 260 gal total in port/stbd saddle tanks. Tanks are original but show no signs of leakage. Boat never had teak decks–the main cause of freshwater leaks/rusty tanks Fuel tanks polished 2023 Racor fuel filter upgrade (primary and secondary) 

New upholstery on flybridge, main salon and aft cabin bed.

All exterior brightwork was brought to bare wood in 2021, coated with 8 coats of Captains 1015 varnish and maintained with 2-3 coats annually. Lots of cosmetic upgrades: teak dash panel, LED lights, nautical art table, captains chair, teak nameplates, etc
