Description
Beautiful Hi-Star 44 model boat, built by ACTIVE MARINE TW in 1986, in good condition.
Interior description:
From the hatch, you descend into the spacious and welcoming living area where there is a large L-shaped sofa with a table, ideal for socializing.
The interiors are warm and comfortable thanks to the teak furnishings.
The command station to the left of the stairs is fully equipped with Raymarine instrumentation, and also offers convenient access to the starboard deck via a side door.
Towards the bow, we find the kitchen, fully equipped with a stainless steel sink, refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and washer-dryer.
The space is well managed thanks to numerous storage compartments for stowing provisions and various utensils.
There is also a small dinette that converts into a sleeping area.
At the bow, there are two cabins. The owner's cabin is equipped with a large double bed and a private bathroom with a shower box. The second cabin consists of a nice double bed and a shared bathroom.
Exterior description:
On the outside, we have large areas with teak decking on the Fly, cockpit, bow, and external walkways. The teak maintenance has been done annually.
The cockpit features an area with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Bimini and cockpit closure are available on board to protect from the sun or rain, creating additional living space.
Sunbeds and cushions were completely redone in 2020.
Large swim platform, bathing ladder, and manual gangway.
