Additional Information
"MALISSA" is a Michigan Boat having spent most of her life in the Harbor Springs area where she was stored in heated buildings at least 8 months each year and operated in fresh water. Her original Mercruiser gas engines are raw water cooled and have a total time of 500+ hours. They have always been maintained meticulously. She has been in salt water for a total of 3 months and was operated a few hours each month and engines were flushed with fresh water. The fuel tank has been replaced with an aluminum tank of about 204 gallons capacity. There is no history of hull damage and there is no history of "wet" stringers or bulkheads. The cushions are in excellent condition as are the v-berth cushions. In storage she is covered with a green custom cockpti cover from the windshield to the transom.
