AD DESCRIPTION
The Grand Soleil 45 by German Frers from 1989 is one of the most successful models made by Cantieri del Pardo, an elegant fast cruiser. Interior description: starting from the stern, a full-beam owner's cabin with a double bed and two side sofas with a large bathroom and wardrobes. Central area with a spacious chart table and dinette with a built-in kitchen and a C-shaped sofa with a second opposing sofa, towards the bow a second bathroom opposite the cabin with 2 bunk beds and a third cabin with a double bed at the bow. Exterior description: large cockpit with all maneuvers led to 8 winches, the teak deck renewed in 2013 in excellent condition. This 45 Frers has benefited from significant replacements, such as the engine, electronics (plotter, autopilot) in addition to the second preventive epoxy treatment of the hull and polishing of the hull. In recent years, due to the owner's issues, the boat has not sailed, so there are aesthetic interventions inside to restore the wood and some ceilings and the renewal of the sail rigging.
