Description
"Miss Approach" is a very well cared for fresh water 45' Viking Convertible. She is built on a fiberglass hull in a modified-V design. Viking's building materials and workmanship is to a high standard. She came to Florida approx. 6 months ago. The difference between a 33 year old salt water boat and a 33 year old fresh water boat is amazing. Not only has this boat lived up north its entire life but the owners have taken very good care of her and it shows everywhere. She has fresh electronics and brand new isinglass enclosure on the bridge. The engine room shows above average with everything looking like it came from fresh water. Interior shows very nice with no foul odors and plenty of storage. This is not the average 33 year old South Florida.
