4788 - MAGNA VERITAS

Personal reasons have now resulted in relocation away from water.  Therefore the restoration process of this great vessel has not been able to be completed.  Mainly all mechanical things have been dealt with and remaining projects are carpet, upholstery.

38K was spent for everything below the floor and waterline.  This is to include hoses & belts, after coolers, sea strainers, a new thru hull for future AC, propeller pitch, shafts pulled & returned, one new rudder and more.

In addition to the 38K, among other things replaced were batteries, ice maker, galley refrigerator, headliner.

With the modified radar arch now facing aft, it allows for a more spacious enclosed flybridge, a commanding view of the sky and also the optional ability to position the salon’s dining table upstairs to allow for even more open space in the salon below.

The owner’s inability to finish this overall project serves as a perfect opportunity for new owners use it today as they take time to complete cosmetic things in a manner they wish.

If you are a “do it yourselfer”, here is a perfect opportunity to economically jump into motor-yachting.  Even this Tacoma Foss Harbor moorage should be able to be assumed.
