Description
Boesch 680 Costa Brava De Luxe
The Boesch 680 Costa Brava De Luxe combines high-level boatbuilding craftsmanship, classic technology with sporty elegance.
The Boesch 680 Costa Brava De Luxe impresses with the fine processing of selected materials and its strikingly glamorous appearance.
The Boesch underwent an extensive refit in 2021/2022. As part of this, it received a completely new bottom. The old bottom was dismantled for this purpose. All wooden connections were checked for their condition and renewed if necessary. For example, a new keel was also manufactured and installed. To protect it, the Boesch received a 2K EP coating in the underwater area. In the glide area, an original copper bronze antifouling was applied. The remaining area of the underwater hull received a white high-gloss coating. The floor in the interior was not painted with gray bilge paint, but with clear varnish at the customer's request. In the area of the side walls and the deck, the graceful glider received a qualitatively very high-quality new coating. As part of this new coating, both the side walls and the deck were completely stripped and the mahogany was then finely sanded by hand. The side walls and deck were stained with the original red Boesch stain. Eight layers of epoxy surface resin were applied over the stain, followed by six layers of AWL Grip HDT 2K PUR clear coat. With unparalleled meticulousness, all newly chrome-plated fittings were reassembled and the Boesch 680 was completed in every detail to its original state. During the completion, a new windshield was installed in the window frame. The interior of the Boesch was also extensively refurbished in this process.
All cushions were reupholstered with a changed color concept to match the white/turquoise waterline. The original convertible top allows the interior and upholstery to be excellently protected from the weather. The newly designed dashboard is also striking. Here, all originally installed instruments were replaced with new instruments from VDO's Viewline series (original Boesch). In addition, a magnetic holder suitable for Apple smartphones was integrated. To enhance the acoustic experience of the already guaranteed driving pleasure, a new, individually adapted sound system from Audiotec Fischer (made in Germany) was installed in the Boesch. Four coaxial speakers Ø16cm and two subwoofers Ø25cm were installed for this purpose. To also enjoy tasteful musical accompaniment on the sunbathing area, two of the four installed coaxial speakers were integrated into the sunbathing area. The amplifier has a power of 800 watts RMS, or 1280 watts max. In addition, the system features a Bluetooth streaming module and a digital sound processor. Thus, the enjoyable sound of the uncompromising V8 engine is complemented by the finely tuned sound of the digital sound system. Every ride becomes an individual and atmospheric experience. Some work was also carried out on the Crusader Big Block V8 engine. Here, the propeller shaft, the stern bearing, and the Merkel ring were renewed. The Boesch 680 also comes with a variety of accessories. These include the original Boesch table, which can be hung in the cockpit, an original Boesch sunshade, various mooring lines, paddles, and a set of fenders.
The Boesch 680 Costa Brava De Luxe also comes with a Harbeck boat trailer from 2014. The permissible total weight is 2.7t. With the appropriate towing vehicle, a 100 km/h approval is no problem and allows for fast and pleasant travel. The trailer is made of aluminum, painted white, and equipped with aluminum wheels. In addition, the trailer has shock absorbers and long supports for optimal storage of the boat on the trailer. The trailer is included in the sales offer.
