Description
Very nice, great layout, 2-owner Houseboat...Sold new to Chickamauga Lake always stored undercover. This one has three large staterooms and 2 full heads with waste treatment system. She has lots and lots of storage, and having the 18' beam, she has plenty of room. Powered by twin Mercruiser 5.7 EFI's with Bravo II outdrives with 480 hours and a Westerbeke 20kw Generator with 940 hours, that also powers the Bow and Stern thrusters.
This layout includes an inside staircase to the vast upper deck, which is covered with a 25' long party top. Also includes a davit, for storage a dingy on the upper deck; along with locking mid-ship cleats for river cruising. Has bow and stern windlass's to assist with hauling the anchors.
She is all original and clean in great condition.
