The side decks are very spacious, allowing for easy movement on board. The Privateer 40 XL has a very spacious open cockpit, which also houses the fixed helm station. The open cockpit connects to the salon via a generous staircase. The salon consists of beautiful mahogany wood interior with neat blue cushions, opening windows on both the port and starboard sides, and the middle window at the front can also be folded open. The owner's cabin is very generously designed and features a spacious French bed, plenty of storage space, air conditioning, and several opening windows with mosquito nets. The Privateer 40 XL has a spacious wet room with its own shower cabin and two separate electric toilets, a luxury two-person helm seat, ample storage options on deck in various cockpit lockers, a fully closing tent around the entire aft deck, folding windows for low headroom, a deck wash pump, 2 x windows in the transom, and a Candy washing machine 120ES.
