INTERNI
For over 25 years, Pershing has designed, produced, and marketed luxury open motor yachts. Over the years, it has established itself as one of the leading companies for Made in Italy in the fiberglass sports boat sector. Pershing's production is characterized by high performance, constant stylistic research, the use of the best quality materials, and interior design aimed at offering high levels of comfort. The construction methodologies - along with engines capable of reaching 7400 horsepower and the use of surface propellers, water jets, and gas turbines - give Pershing yachts a highly sporty setup that translates into high speeds, up to 52 knots.
In Pershing's corporate philosophy, passion, creativity, and a constant tendency towards innovation hold fundamental value, all qualities that have accompanied the brand since its inception. Pershing's story is indeed a fascinating one that originates from the happy intuition of three friends passionate about boating: partly for fun, but above all thanks to a great passion and a lot of initiative, in 1981 Tilli Antonelli, Fausto Filippetti, and Giuliano Onori founded the Cantieri Navali dell’Adriatico and launched the first boat. Four years later, in 1985, the idea of Pershing was born from the meeting with Yacht Designer Fulvio De Simoni. Thus, the first Pershing 45’ was designed, a hugely successful open yacht that offers a new way of experiencing comfort and privacy, until then the exclusive domain of classic motor yachts.
The early 90s marked a fundamental moment for Pershing, which began a policy of internationalization towards Mediterranean countries, the United States, and the Far East. In 1998, the company became part of the Ferretti Group, one of the world leaders in the design, construction, and marketing of luxury motor yachts, and the beautiful adventure continues with new bases and the same enthusiasm with which it started.
Pershing-branded boats are produced at the Mondolfo facility (located right in front of the first historic yard), a futuristic space of 55,000 square meters - of which over 38,400 sqm are uncovered - designed by architect Sandro Sartini. Much more than a production center: a scenario that combines beauty and functionality, technology and dream, a space designed in every detail to cope with the continuous development of production and the expansion of the range, even in terms of the size of the boats.
The production site has a large and innovative 440 sqm painting booth where the boats are painted dry. The test tank (33 meters long, 7.50 meters wide, and 2.30 meters deep) is used for all hydraulic tests (engines, exhausts, bilges, and generators) and waterproofing tests of the yacht. The travel lift, which has a capacity of 130 tons, completes the activities with launching and hauling in the test tank.
The relentless search for new stimuli and new paths to grow on an international scale is in continuous evolution and is well recognizable in the ever-increasing ability to adapt the models of the range to the specific needs of different global markets.
The PERSHING 50 shows a versatile sporty temperament with fascinating and aerodynamic contours. An exuberant personality with an extraordinary path of awards. A shiny and aggressive profile that becomes a symbol of elegant design and advanced engineering. High performance, adaptable features that truly create a silhouette of a fast cruiser. A dynamic appeal meets a mature style.
