     and dishwasher.

     EXTERIOR LAYOUT:

   • -  Hydraulic bathing platform.

   • -  Cockpit: sofa, dining table, sink, electric grill, refrigerator and

     freezer.

   • -  Sunbathing area: sun deck with sofa and outdoor cushions.

   • -  Bow deck: sunbathing area with sofa and outdoor cushions.

           REFIT 2021:

          -  Teak renewal – cockpit and walkways, thickness 12 mm.

          -  Gangway – removal and general maintenance.

          -  Sea valves – replacement of all valves below the waterline.

          -  Starboard porthole – removal, replacement of rotten outer wood and

              paneling.

          -  Bow hatches – removal, replacement of rotten inner and outer wood, and

             internal paneling.

          -  Flybridge – repair of cracks and leaks, replacement of rotten wood parts.

          -  Complete repainting of the superstructure, including non-slip areas.

           -  New upholstery for the cockpit cushions.

           -  New upholstery for the bow cushions on the foredeck.
