Accommodation

The accommodation offers up to four berths in forward cabin and dinette area with good headroom throughout.

Aft cockpit with U shaped seating area, lockers beneath and large lazarette to cockpit sole with table support for folding leaf cockpit table. Opening door to saloon / wheelhouse to port with opening window beside.

Saloon area with fitted cabinets and glass/bottle stowage to port, L shaped seating area to starboard side in Alcantara style finish with front opening lockers beneath. Helm to port with full engine instrumentation, mechanical suspension helm and co-pilots seats finished in cream.  Access to engine compartment via hatch to centre.

Steps leading down to dinette/galley area. Dinette to port with lockers beneath and behind with drop down table converting to a double berth.  Linear galley opposite comprising Corian worksurfaces, twin stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressurised mixer tap and Corian cover, Wallas diesel hob with electrical ignition, Isothern refrigerator and Panasonic microwave. Four opening ports to each side and hatch with blind.

Companionway leading forward with heads compartment to port, vanity unit with moulded sink, Corian worksurface and hot and cold mixer tap with pull out shower. Jabsco marine toilet and two opening ports. Large hanging locker opposite to starboard with fitted chest of three drawers.

Forward cabin with V berth, storage above and below with hanging locker to starboard side and escape hatch to foredeck.

Carpet to Saloon/wheelhouse, teak and holly style flooring to Dinette/Galley area and forward cabin. LED downlighting. Curtains, portlight covers and blinds.

Eberspacher diesel fired warm air heating with 7 day timer.

Mechanical and Electrical Systems

Twin Yanmar 6LYA-STP 6 cylinder turbocharged 370hp diesel engines (623 hours on each) on flexible mounts, coupled to IZF220A gearboxes with 20.04 reduction radio on shafts to 4 blade fixed pitch bronze propellers with Stripper rope cutters. Electric start. Single lever engine controls. Shaft seals and cutlass bearings replaced Spring 2025. Vetus bow and stern thrusters. Bennett trim tabs.

Construction

Seaward 35 Motor Yacht built in 2007 by Seaward Marine Limited. Blue GRP hull with white decks and superstructure, Treadmaster covering to decks. Hydraulic wheel steering to twin bronze spade rudders. Survey dated May 2025 available on request.

Comments

The Seaward 35 is a substantial, well built motor cruiser with comfortable accommodation for up to four below deck.  Twin Yanmar 370hp diesels on shafts with low hours, provide excellent performance with shaft seals and cutlass bearings replaced in Spring 2025.
