• Rebuilt entire AC system, one new chiller and second chiller was replaced 5 years ago.  Setup for tropical waters.  (Large capacity)
• Two separate seawater pumps plumbed to flip-flop in case one system has a problem.
• All air ducts and air handlers cleaned.
• Serviced engines and generators.  Updated both intercoolers on mains.
• Class A Balanced both props and shafts.  New cutlass bearings.

• New batteries and two new Victron chargers.

• Refinished teak and holly floors in Galley.  Almost all of the nicks and scratches in any of the interior, varnish has been repaired.
• All cabinet hardware adjusted and replaced if necessary.
• All interior lighting and dimmer systems repaired and functioning properly, many are converted to LED. 
• New 25hp four stroke Yamaha outboard with power trim for Dinghy in 2017.
