Boat house is located in Maple Bay, near Duncan. 

- Entrance height is 20' using an electric curtain with 2 remotes.

- Two pilings with metal horseshoe rings for added security in regards to mooring.

- Mezzanine is 26' x 12' with full size stairs.
- All engineered truss design with fresh paint. 
Underwater Survey completed and passed in 2024.
