Overview
The AB 100 is a high-performance motor yacht built by FIPA Group / AB Yachts, designed for Category A (High Sea Cruising) operations, meaning it can safely navigate in conditions above Beaufort 8 and waves over 4 meters. The yacht incorporates advanced marine systems, high-efficiency propulsion, and extensive onboard safety equipment, complying with international regulations. Its systems include fuel, water, bilge, ventilation, electric networks, and fire-fighting installations, all engineered for long-range cruising and high reliability.
The interior of the AB 100 is finished with high-quality materials, including natural leather, nubuck, and premium fabrics based on cotton, viscose, and linen. The layout is functional and well-organized: the main deck accommodates the salon, wheelhouse, and galley, while the lower deck features four guest cabins for a total of ten berths, as well as two crew cabins for four berths. The interior spaces are equipped with air-conditioning, a hot-water system with two boilers, marine toilets using fresh water, and a laundry area for the crew with a washing machine and dryer.
The yacht’s exterior is built on an advanced composite architecture: the hull is constructed from fiberglass and Kevlar with Aramat reinforcements, the superstructure is made from vinylester resin with additional carbon-fiber reinforcement, and the decks are finished with teak. The flybridge includes the helm station, relaxation areas, and two life rafts. The aft section is equipped with a hydraulic passerelle, a swimming ladder, and a garage for a tender or jet ski. The navigation suite includes radar, GPS, plotter, depth sounder, compass, autopilot, VHF radio, and a weather station, while the mooring and deck fittings are made from marine-grade stainless steel to ensure durability and reliable operation.
