Vessel Walkthrough

Standing on the hydraulic swim platform on SEA-LICIOUS there is a starboard side boarding gate up to the aft deck. All the teak on the platform and aft deck was replaced brand new in 2025 with ½” real teak.

 

The aft deck is perfectly set up for family enjoyment and social cruising.   There is a large L shaped seating area to port with a teak table that flips up to allow for easier movement around it. On the starboard side is a wet bar set up with an electric grill, sink and ice maker.  The overhead sunshade is a great factory option that with minimal effort can be slid into the hardtop when not in use.  Additional outside deck features include….

The sliding glass door to the salon can be opened in two stages, the second opens it up for a wide open indoor outdoor social arrangement.  The salon seating arrangement is to port and is U shaped off-white ultra leather. There is a beautiful high gloss teak table to compliment the comfortable seating.  The table folds up on both ends for easier access and electrically raises and lowers for coffee table height or dining. Across from the dinette on the starboard side are a series of high-gloss teak cabinets housing a small refrigerator, Princess factory glassware and a large flat screen pop up TV.

 

Located on the starboard side forward on this deck is the fully equipped helm station.

Above the helm station and seating the hardtop opens as a LARGE SUNROOF! Even with the Sunroof closed there are three glass panels for natural light with sliding shades if desired.

 

On centerline next to the helm are the stairs leading to the lower accommodations and galley. The transition area going below is specifically designed to be wide open to allow tons of natural light.  Unlike express boats of the past this gives the galley and lower salon a much more open feel.

 

Once below, there is a starboard side L shaped lounge with a high gloss teak table.  The table height is adjustable and can be fully dropped to create a large sleeping berth.   There is a matching filler cushion that fits over the table and snaps beneath. Two large stbd side hull port holes allow for additional natural light.  Another flat screen TV is located below with subscription satellite capabilities. Beautiful high gloss wood and updated carpeting create a warm comfortable environment. From the salon you have access to a head shared with the FWD VIP stateroom.

Engine Room
