Axopar 28 Mark II – 2018

Amaculate Condition, One Owner!
—2018 Axopar 28 Aft Cabin model. 2018 was the first year of the “Mark II” Axopar 28’s which were much improved from earlier models —Single 300 HP Mercury verado, Inline 6 with about 655 hours —Gets 2 MPG up to 30 knots. 40 Knot top speed.

—Custom Axopar aluminum trailer. Only used occasionally for hauling and launching.
Spring 2024: The hull was ceramic coated for New Boat appearance.
Winter of 2022, a “5 year refit” was undertaken make already great boat even better. $25,000 was spent on the following:
—Factory soft top was replaced with custom fiberglass roof with (4) opening overhead hatches with sun and bug shades. Boat is quieter, more weather resistant, and has better ventilation with this roof.
—Fiberglass roof can be removed and soft top replaced….but why would you want to do that!?
—Stainless steel anchor roller and anchor.
—Sliding doors were dismantled and made more robust from factory spec. Custom catches were installed so doors can be locked open at any position.
—Primary fuel filter was moved from inside the bilge to outside in a custom enclosure. No more drips when servicing filter and MUCH easier access.
—Both breaker panels were redone with proper “switch/breaker” switches instead of the factory “pop out” breakers. Now any circuit can be turned off for servicing.
—Custom ground disconnect for house battery to prevent battery discharge when boat is not used for long periods.
—Bow thruster and engine battery have been combined to create one large bank…good for both.
—Custom “staple” stern gates port and starboard for more security underway. Two position for running or swimming.
—Custom bow and stern canvases, a big improvement over the factory ones.
—Custom Sea Deck step plates for better footing when getting on and off the boat.
