Absolute NAVETTA 52

Navetta 52 SEA RANCH is Absolutely appealing in regards to construction,design layout,features and condition.
SEA RANCH stands out in the condition department.
She looks and feels as if near new,little wear and tear yet she has benifited from routine run time. 

The often quoted original new boat factory brochure notes the 52 Navetta offers significantly greater livability than that found on other similarly sized vessels. Elegance,etc.

Indeed,one has to remind themselves that the vessel is a fifty two footer....

Main salon 360 degree view.Note the large windows. Spacious galley is integral to the salon and can be connected to the aft deck.Comfortable salon seating.Lower helm.
Three staterooms,two heads.Spacious full beam master stateroom is placed midship,with a large walk around berth,a desk,a vanity area and panoramic windows on both sides.
At the bow,the VIP cabin is nicer than many master cabins on other vessels,thanks to the vessel's full beam measurements carried forward to a graceful taper.
Versatile third stateroom with two single berths.
Well designed heads.Excellent headroom throughout.
Crew Quarter can also be utilized for storage,as is the case with SEA RANCH.

Topside,side decks with raised bulwark for safe,comfortable movement.Side deck cabin overhead covering.
Numerous forward deck seating options.Here again we see the benefit of a more full beam forward layout.
Covered aft deck with a proven popular seating arrangement.
The fly bridge offers three distinct seating areas (note the open deck section aft,ideal for any type of seating arrangements.No dinghy need be placed there,thanks to the hydraulic lowering Transom platform) and a wet bar and grill.
Flybridge helm is ideally positioned all the way forward for unobstructed view. Eisiglass is clear. About a year old.
Crew quarter/storage cabin and engine room is accessed through  a transom door. There is a grill at the transom also.Underwater lights.

SEA RANCH is in very good condition. Clean and reflective of an attentive ownership history.
The dock walkers praise her condition and appeal.
