Welcome to the Metan Classic Collections. Metan has created this custom line of vessels inspired by the designs of legendary pioneers such as Bob Dougherty from the early Boston Whaler era and Carl Mosley, known for his infamous 26-degree variable deadrise Seacrafts.

After leading the marine restoration industry for the past 30 years with cutting-edge materials and high-tech processes, Metan expanded eight years ago to introduce a custom-built line of vessels ranging from 13 to 32 feet, paying homage to these great designers. Metan has combined decades of experience in restoring these vessels with advanced materials and technology in the construction of The Classic Collections.

Metan’s attention to detail is evident in their wood products, high-gloss finishes, and skilled metal fabrication, complemented by meticulous ABYC wiring systems. This dedication has earned them “Best of Show” awards at boat shows from Rockport to Palm Beach.

Each vessel is custom-built to meet the unique wants and needs of the client, resulting in a one-of-a-kind vessel that only a select few can claim to own.

Call us today to see all the options and build the boat of your dreams.
