While the brand new EXTRA X98 Raised Pilot House is not the largest model in the EXTRA fleet I feel that it could prove to be the most successful due to a number of factors.

The X98 RPH sleeps 10 guests in 5 cabins including an on-deck master and 4 additional guest cabins located down below. She has a surprisingly impressive interior volume with a main salon that utilizes glass & natural light to fill a space that features both formal dining and lounge areas. Combine that with a massive aft deck that allows easy access to the water & a sundeck complete with alfresco dining, lounge pads a second helm and you have an extremely inviting layout.

Milan based design studio Hot Lab has done an excellent job on utilizing spaces yet maintaining a sexy yet elegant profile.

For performance triple Volvo IPS 1350 engines (she is also available in triple 1,000hp traditional engine package) give her a smooth top speed of 28 knots and a cruise speed of 22. Her shallow draft gives her full access to any destination in the Bahamas.

EXTRA Yachts is a growing brand backed by the Palumbo group and able to utilize the ISA Shipyard facility and tradesman in Ancona, Italy. Expect to see more from this brand as it continues to increase in popularity in the Americas.

The contemporary style of Extra X98 RPH defines the two and a half decks albeit the volumes of the latter are considerably deceived by the design of the exterior lines.

An elegant and neat looking boat which is also endowed with large indoor and outdoor living space.

In addition to the saloon designed to form a unicum with the aft cockpit, the main deck harbors the large owner cabin in the forward part, the galley and a day head.

The lower deck layout offers four double cabins with private bathrooms, while the helm station is located on the mezzanine where a staircase allows to reach the splendid sun deck.

Over 140 square meters of internal guest areas and over 100 square meters of outdoor spaces make X98 RPH incredibly versatile yet compact and very sinuous. The interior style is free from clutter with clean lines, soft geometric shapes and natural materials such as unstained oak and stone.
