If you're into sailboats you've probably heard of the Dehler 38, a very popular boat that was designed in part as a celebration of the company's 50th anniversary. Dehler hopes to capitalize on that popularity with a new model for 2016, the Dehler 42. Our reviewer Dieter Loibner spotted the new 42 at the Dusseldorf International Boat Show, where it was introduced—no surprises there, since Dehler sailboats are built in Germany. What is a bit surprising, however, is how customizable this boat is. You can have it fitted out as a pure race boat, as a racer/cruiser, or as a cruising sailboat.
