Encased in the jacket is a 45-foot buoyant heaving line, a waterproof flashlight, three flares, a sound signaling device, a collapsible bailer, a floating international distress flag, a manual propelling device, a signaling mirror with lanyard, an inflatable signaling device, a buddy lanyard and phosphorescent light sticks.

What's more, the vest is made of Aqua-Lite flotation foam for maximum buoyancy and it comes in a convenient universal size that can be adjusted to fit virtually anyone.
