Sailing houseboat with mooring for residence in the Historical Sailing Ships Harbor of Schiedam. (In the heart of the city)
Entrance through the wheelhouse, towards the back a small aft cabin, hallway with entrance to the engine room, access door to living area with open kitchen. From the hold passage to owner's cabin and (open) bathroom. Forepeak/former "crew" accommodation accessible from outside. Standing height at the ridge 1.92, standing height at the side decks 1.82.
Built as one of the last sailing Klipperaak. Later propelled with a tug. In 1980 brought back under sail, restored and equipped with Daf 615.
Wheelhouse and forepeak in original condition.
