Description
Very solid and strong, custom-made sailing yacht from Joyce Marine Southampton from 1970, completely renovated and with many new parts.
Moderate long keel and aluminum bilge keel hull (up to 25 mm), a well-thought-out construction, with stable sailing characteristics.
Safe handling, due to high railing supports, stable rigging, lazyjack & bag, mast mounts, raised cockpit coaming, electric anchor winch, and an integrated bathing platform with ladder in the hull.
It was completely restored inside and out in 2017/18, is constantly maintained and well cared for, and is equipped with a lot of new (technical) equipment – a good and safe sailor, with immensely much space for its size – on deck and inside. Large central cockpit with sprayhood and bimini, in winter as a cake tent with additional living space :-)
6-7 sleeping places in two large cabins, 2 wet cells + separate toilet cabin, separate kitchenette open to the large salon, plenty of storage space.
The bright and spacious interior made of real quality wood (white refurbished and super well maintained) offers plenty of space for comfortable living on board with 2 to 4 people.
A solid, globally widespread Perkins engine, large tanks, many extras like radar, solar power, hot water, large refrigerators, good stove with oven, dinghy, and many new things make this a very comfortable home for longer travels around the world –
– you have to see this!
