Description
SWAN 43 S&S, originally designed to be a Royal Ocean Racing Club cruiser/racer. 43's were built from 1967 to 1982. 67 boats were built. This boat can sleep up to 8 crew members. Solid fiberglass hull with Airex foam cored deck. The original glued-down teak decking was removed and properly treated and then refinished with gelcoat and a non-skid surface. Exterior hull paint is Flag Blue Awlgrip. Decks are white. Vessel is powered by a 40Hp Perkins Diesel. Hull speed is 7.5 kts.
Vessel is currently on-the-hard in Portsmouth, RI. Owner is selling due to lack of use and his age. Boat will need some cosmetic upgrading, but the bones are Swan reputable and solid. Vessel will be sold as is.
