Description
The Grampian 30 was designed by Alex McGruer and is a modestly-priced good-value 30-footer. They have always been known as a strong well-made vessel and her standing headroom and a large interior mean plenty of room for a large family.
Her hull has a raked curved transom stern which gives her a very pleasing appearance. She has round bilges, a fin keel and a spade rudder which gives her good performance and handling characteristics.
Belowdecks and forward is a V-Berth and a chain locker in the forepeak, followed by an enclosed head compartment and lockers. Next aft is the main cabin incorporating a dinette, settee, quarter berth and galley.
HEARON has always been loved and well-cared-for and is proud to have been in only two families since she was new in 1975.
