Beautiful and well-maintained Vreedenburgh Schokker 'Adebar'
If you are looking for a flat-bottomed boat with proven sailing qualities that has already made many beautiful sailing holidays on the Wadden Sea, Zeeland, and Frisian waters, then the Adebar is your boat.
The Adebar was built in 1966 by H.F. Bocxe in Ter Aar as a Vreedenburgh Schokker based on the design of the 'Albatros', the first own ship of Henk Vreedenburgh.
The 'Adebar' was delivered as a hull to the first owner. This owner perfectly fitted out the ship with much love, using the wood species Afzelia for the exterior parts and oak for the interior. Therefore, the interior features many clever and beautiful applications.
Beautiful oak interior with plenty of storage space and a nicely arranged corner kitchen.
At the front, there is a toilet space, large storage space, and 3 sleeping places.
There is a diesel heater from Heatpol and it has sleeping places for 4 to 5 people and has excellent sailing qualities.
The Adebar is taken out of the water every winter. The paintwork is done according to a schedule so that all parts are serviced every five years. For example, the deck was repainted in 2023, and in 2025 the hull will be done, and the exterior woodwork is varnished annually.
The original purchase receipts for the sails and the hull and the new engine will be included.
