Lemsteraak Jonge Blom is a ship from the 11.20 meter line originating from the renowned yard Skipshelling I.Blom & Zn. A compact yet versatile barge, which, with its shallow draft, has an enormous sailing area. What stands out about this ship is the practical layout and effectiveness of the design in both the exterior and interior. On board, 8 people can stay overnight, and with the roller jib and lazyjacks, safe and comfortable sailing is no problem at all. Also, cover the ship well in the summer with the beautiful summer cover. At the bottom of the specifications, you will find an extensive list of work that has been carried out to maintain the Jonge Blom. It is important to mention that the centerboards were replaced less than four years ago and are therefore new. Every year, certain parts of the ship have been renewed or addressed, and this year there are again some points that need maintenance. Currently, the owner is motoring, since she is divorced, without mast and rigging to sail over the Frisian lakes. Unfortunately, the ship is too large to handle alone, and she is therefore forced to sell it. It has always been a wonderful family ship, spacious, comfortable, and solid. All the sailing equipment is safely stored with Dirk Blom in the shed and can be set up again easily.
