Description
Very fast, sharp-cut cruiser/racer; great for day racing
Due to circumstances, this cruiser/racer designed by Paul Elvström and Jan Kjaerulff comes to market. About 30 exemplars of this Mosquito 104 were built. This type of ship is built to sail at high speed in relatively light weather, she is otherwise quite basic, which also ensures that the weight remains at a low level.
Engine, mast and rigging have already been replaced in the years behind us. The mast is long which means that with this sail set the ship is a bit 'overpowered'. Lots of speed in light weather, but also quick reefing in 4Bft. Furthermore, there is a set of Hagoort sails (Mainsail from 2015 and High aspect jib). there is an old genoa and a little used spinnaker. The furlex system has been replaced in 2019.
Inside is from front to rear: in the forepeak is storage space, further aft are 2 longitudinal benches, a small galley with an origo spirit stove and the engine box cum stairs to the outside. to port, as well as to starboard is located next to the stairs a single berth.
in the cockpit is a seating area and an area for the helmsman.

The engine, mast, and rigging have already been replaced in recent years. The mast is long, which means that with this set of sails, the boat is a bit "overpowered." Lots of speed in light winds, but also a quick reefing in 4Bft. There is also a set of Hagoort sails (2015 mainsail and high-aspect jib). There is an old genoa and a little-used spinnaker. The furlex system was replaced in 2019.
