Fantastic Live Aboard!
New to the market and priced to sell! This 1987 Irwin 44 was purchased in 2018 and her owners started a major refit to head down island. Many upgrades have been made since then with several trips around the Chesapeake Bay. Unfortunate life circumstances have lead to the need for the family to sell. Vessel is in the water in Hampton, VA and being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Inspections are welcome, some systems- such as the generator are freshly rebuilt and installed, however are not yet completely operational.

Belowdecks, there is a plush spacious interior filled with all of the amenities essential for luxurious living. The comfortable, roomy main salon features two large settees and a custom teak dining table that cleverly folds into a cocktail table or completely away when space is in demand. The walk-through galley boosts abundant storage and counter space and is appointed perfectly for gourmet cooking. An elegant master stateroom delivers the comfort of a queen-sized berth, vanity area, and a private head with shower stall. The forward guest stateroom has a V-berth with filler cushion, a convenient dressing settee, and private access to the day head with shower stall. The sophisticated navigation station has a swing-out swivel seat. The tasteful use of richly varnished teak combined with coordinated mica colors give the 44 a feeling of warmth and spaciousness.
Accommodations
Two cabins and 2 heads. Both have composting toilets. The aft stateroom has a centerline queen with a custom mattress. The V-Berth forward is very comfortable for a guest cabin with its own head/shower.
