Description
Sailing catamaran with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms -- a floating house, and a bargain at that.
Owner has reduced the price by $30,000 compared to another Polynesia 42 sold this past summer since he cannot use it from 6 timezones away. This is enough to get another engine for the starboard side (which I've been told needs replacing) with labor costs included twice over.
*Update: Current owner has bought two bramd new electric motors totalling ~40 HP (more than was in it previously) and is in the process of installing them.
After some research, I've also found out it could potentially be used for a six paying passenger multi-day charter: https://wow.uscgaux.info/Uploads_wowII/P-DEPT/PaxForHire_GuideChart.pdf
