What you get is good quality, because the structure is there. If you want to make it more elaborate, you can take it as far as you want to go.” In profile, the Catalina 42 is a perfectly proportioned, balanced design that has never gone out of style.  SHEEGAGH is a series 1, C-42, wing keel, 3-cabin version. It is easily sailed by a couple, but it will just as easily accommodate a family for a day sail or an extended cruise. The modest draft is perfect for the Chesapeake Bay, the ICW, and the Florida waters.
