Description
We offer for sale a Reese Marine MON 431 central cockpit built with Nordic (Danish) construction and quality.
Rare 12.30m Cutter from the Reese Marine shipyard, reborn in 2023 after a total and radical refitting.
Why choose it:
Superior Habitability: Spacious central cockpit (measures 53 feet) and 3 cabins (owner's cabin at the stern with separate access and bathroom). All interiors are new in fine Teak.
Mechanics & Systems: Lombardini engine with only 200 hours, new propeller (October 2025). Electrical, hydraulic systems, and electronics completely redone all in 2023.
Comfort & Safety: Eberspacher 4kw heating, Sparcraft mast, and Harken/Andersen equipment. Hull brought to zero with 18 months of drying and epoxy treatment.
The boat is 90% complete: only small aesthetic finishes and minor connections remain (materials already purchased and on board) (A detailed list available upon request)
A unique opportunity for those looking for a technically excellent, transparent "Blue Water" boat ready to sail.
