Boat Specification

Built in 1995 by Martham Ferry Boatyard, very well equipped and recently much upgraded including new diesel engine 2025 and standing rigging in 2019.  All GRP hull and superstructure.  Shallow cast iron fin keel and tiller steering.

Accommodation:

Consists of a V-berth with infill in the fore cabin, a separate heads/ shower compartment with hanging locker opposite, a large dinette that drops to a double on the starboard side with a large galley including hob, oven and sink (with pressurised H&C water) plus a space for an electric cool box opposite and two large rear quarter berths.  LED lighting in main cabin.  Blown warm air heating throughout.  Ample locker space.

Mechanical:

Volvo Penta D1-20 diesel engine with S130 sail drive (installed in 2025) to 3 bladed propeller. This engine is powerful for the size of boat and excellent at pushing against wind and tide when needed with low revs and minimal fuel consumption. Engine hours – ******.

Two 12V Batteries – one 85ah and one 75ah
12V master switch / battery selector, 2 switch panels and split charger system. 12V socket, digital voltmeter and USB outlets.

Diesel fired blown air heating. Hot and cold pressurised water with water heated by an engine calorifier

Sails, Spars and Rigging

• Bermudian masthead sloop rig. 
• Stainless steel standing rigging new in 2019. 
• In mast furling mainsail and roller furling genoa (both serviced and UV protection replaced in 2019).  
• Genoa furling system was replaced in 2019.  
• Lines led aft to cockpit.

• 10 kg delta style anchor with 10m 8mm chain and 40m warp.

Owners Coments:-

Extensive refurbishment done in 2018/19, a very spacious layout and great accommodation for a 28 ft boat. Suitable for extended cruises and a great family cruiser. Also easily sailed single handed. Prepped, antifouled and ready to launch for the 2024 season

Sadly, after much time and money spent on improvement and maintenance since buying her in late 2018, I am putting this boat up for sale due to lack of time and crew for sailing her.

• All New sheets/ ropes fitted recently. 
• New fittings fitted portside and starboard for genoa furling/ unfurling.
