Hull & Superstructure

The hull is of sandwich construction, with Divinycell core to the waterline. The remainder is solid GRP below.

Grid system with longitudinal and transverse box section stringers.

The bulkheads are fully glassed to the hull.

The bilges and interior hull are flow coated throughout.

Lead keel mounted on a GRP stub with naca flaring.

Stainless steel wheel driving cables to the rudder head. Friction brake.

The emergency tiller is stowed in the aft cabin.

3 - blade Featherstream feathering propellor.

 

Deck Equipment

Push-pit with captains seats.

Windscreen with grab handles.

3 hatches on the coach roof, 6 opening port lights, of which two are in the hull at the stern.

Teak side and foredeck, swim platform and cockpit.

All lines lead back to the cockpit.

2 x Andersen primary winches and 2 x cruising chute winches.

Hyde main and 110% genoa from 2017, with cruising chute and storm jib.

Clutches on mast new in 2024, adjacent to two Andersen winches.

Interior Features

Satin finish mahogany throughout with LED lighting.

A large folding table with bottle storage inside.

Teak strip cabin sole, plus water resistant carpet on top.

Re-upholstered in a warm biscuit colour in 2017.

The saloon seats lift up to give 2 large berths.

The navigation area has a fold out seat, with good storage and a lamp.

The heads compartment has a heated wet locker, manual Jabsco sea toilet, storage and a sink set in a Corian work top. The whole space is finished in an easy clean grp. The single lever tap doubles as a shower with pull out hose, electric shower pump out and Corian covered drain. There is a manual holding tank pump.

The galley is amidships and great in a seaway, with Corian work tops and masses of storage. The gimballed 2 burner Force 10 cooker has a grill and oven. Twin sinks have a single lever tap for H&C water. There is a top loading fridge and 240v sockets for kettles etc when the shore-power is on. Solenoid gas shut off valve.

The forward cabin has two berths with an infill, generous cupboard stowage and under bunk stowage. Further forward under the bunks are the bow thruster motor and battery, plus mains charger.

The aft cabin has a very large double berth, with an additional side berth and plenty of stowage. Under the berth is the autopilot, steering quadrant, house and starter batteries (Varta), as well as stowage of the emergency tiller.

There is an Eberspacher diesel air heater with 4 x outlets throughout the interior.

 

Electrical Systems

230v shore power with 20m of cable and a fuse box.

Victron smart battery conditioner and charger.

Main switches for house and starter batteries.

Marlec wind generator.

Auto bilge pump.

Clipper battery condition/charge monitor.

2 x 140 ah Varta house batteries, 70 ah starter battery and Optima bow thruster battery with 230v charger from shore power.

Navigation Equipment

Raymarine ST 50 wind, depth, lat/long display in cockpit with multi-functional repeater at the nav station.

Raymarine ST 60 Autopilot.

B&G Vulcan touch plotter at helm, 3g radar, linked via NMEA 2000 backbone to the Raymarine instruments.

Garmin plotter and Phillips Navigator (back up) at nav station.

Standard Horizon DSC VHF with remote in the cockpit.

Digital yacht A200 AIS transceiver.

Tanks

All tanks stainless steel.

210 litre fuel tank with hatch.

350 litre water tank with hatch.

60 litre holding tank.

40 litre hot water calorifier with 230v electric element from 2022.

Fresh water pump with expansion tank.

Engine

Volvo Penta MD22L 48 hp diesel inboard, with 3 litre per hour consumption.  Racor 500 primary filter. New alternator, water pump and exhaust elbow in the last 3 years. Engine hours under current ownership are 576, but not known before 2017.

There is a full technical log of all work carried out on her in the last 7 years, including her annual engine servicing and winter maintenance.
