X-Yachts X-412

A true beauty from the X-Yachts range the iconic X-412 is an excellent performing cruiser.

This example of the X-412 is the hull #109 out of 252 built between the years 1989 and 2003. The Classic version is the logical choice for families and crew that want to spend more time at sea. With longitudinal settees at port and starboard and a practical U-shaped galley, it ensures comfort and safety but is still beautiful. Finished to high-quality standards with the use of high-end materials and craftsmanship.

Very well kept and maintained by the current owner who purchased the yacht back in 2014, the standing rigging was changed and has been fully revised in 2024, featuring a baby stay and the hydraulic backstay tensioner. On deck, there are 6 Frederiksen winches, four of them are 46 ST, one is electric, and the other two are 58 ST. In the cockpit, you will find the seadeck fitted in 2022. On the deck and roof, a new anti-slip paint was also done in 2022, as well as a newly painted hull on the same date. The safety equipment is complete for the zone 2 offshore 60 miles regulation. The windlass is a Lofrans with a Spade anchor 20kgs and 50 meters of chain. The sails wardrobe consists of a 2019 mainsail full batten salt reefing from "Velas Mateu", a furling genoa from 2022, 2 spinnakers, and a gennaker.
