Like all boats designed by Niels Jeppesen, the X 442 produced by XYachts from 1993 to 2003 in 127 units has been conceived as an optimal synthesis between sailing performance and internal comfort.
6 winches and the double mainsheet circuit “German style” are some of the racing solutions adopted on this cruiser, fast in all points of sail and with pronounced upwind capabilities.
The oversized steering wheel dominates the cockpit; the coachroof is low and elongated.
The interiors are finished in teak. The semicircular shaped seating in the saloon is located on the left, opposite the galley and the equipped chart table.
